Staff are very friendly! Our room is very nice, comfortable, and very clean. It's set up nicely for two women to easily shower, do makeup/hair, dressing etc. simultaneously. Access to the building is easy, neighborhood is nice. There are lots of restaurants in the area of varying price points, and a liquor store, grocery store and pharmacy in close walking distance. The pool and the gym are relatively small, but well maintained and clean.
It was a bit far from downtown, but the location was very good as there was a Tim Hortons and other restaurants nearby. The breakfast was reasonable, and the room was spacious. However, the room reeked a bit.
Loved our stay here. If your a bike enthusiast this Hotel is right on the Galloping Goose Trail. I enjoyed several days of pedaling :)The beds were super soft, the breakfast is crowded but the food was OK. I would suggest some better vegan options. (more fresh fruit, hash browns, vegan friendly bread) The gym was super clean. So was the lobby. Front desk staff were attentive. The kitchen staff were amazing, I don't know how they do it every morning. They cook and prepare all the food, clean up after guests and seldom get acknowledged. Make sure you leave a tip for these people!!!Room was super clean and big. Love the location and will return.
Better than most 3-4 star hotels. Convenient room for travelling, well designed. Clean and very nice staff. Either I had quiet neighbours or rooms are well insulated. Could use a hot tub though
New or newly renovated.. room was spacious and clean. Modern. Comfy bed. Katy checked me in at the front desk, she was very friendly. No issues with my stay.
